We're looking for a Sales BDR Team Lead to drive our North American outbound sales efforts, manage a growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and contribute directly to revenue generation. Our BDR team is the engine of our sales pipeline, they generate leads by executing cold calls, and prospecting diligently to set our Account Executives up for success.

As the North America BDR Team Leader, you will manage a team of proactive Business Development Representatives (BDRs) whose core mission is to generate high-quality sales leads. Your team is responsible for cold calling, email outreach, and strategic prospecting to identify and qualify opportunities for our Account Executives. In addition to leading your team, you will also carry a small personal sales quota to remain hands-on in the sales process.

✔ Experience: 5+ years in sales and team management, ideally within the SaaS industry.
✔ Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas and scaling high-performing sales teams.
✔ Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for development
✔ Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using CRM tools (HubSpot)
✔ Industry insight: Automotive industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
